In October of 2014, Blake visited his friends from Baltimore, who had relocated to St. Petersburg a few years before. During his visit, Blake prepared a traditional Maryland-style crabcake feast for his friends. They were ecstatic, since it had been so long since they had tasted authentic Maryland-style crabcakes, and they could not find them anywhere in St. Pete.
Blake had fallen in love with St. Petersburg almost instantly, and two months later, Blake was a St. Petersburg resident. He immediately went to work on opening up his kitchen, so that his new community would be able to experience the taste of authentic Maryland-style seafood at its best...
